Storytelling is an ancient practice, helping us to share our knowledge on complex, multi-dimensional information and ideas through narrative, with context and emotion.
Importantly, this in not only the push (transmitter) top down but the pull (receiver) environmental factors (why, where, when, how) play a major role!
